The main character was a white haired guy in college who would date a bunch of girls and the last girl he dated was about to sleep with him but he left midway and broke her heart or something. Then the girls brother finds out and he gets revenge on him by making him feel the same way his sister did. So the brother leads him on breaks his heart. There's this BL manhwa that I read a few years ago, and it had an mc with blonde hair and a ml with brown or black hair. I believe the mc was vacationing on a beach with a friend, and was staying in a beach house or something like that, and he somehow met the ml for the first time. I can't remember very well, but I believe the mc let the ml stay for a few days because he didn't have a place to stay for some reason..? Anyways, ml sees mc banging some twink, and he gets turned on by the mc. All I remember after that is the ml topping the mc, and they form a relationship at the very end of the manhwa. It's a short manhwa, so I believe it only has like 20 chapter, or atleast around that amount
