    Summary

    If I have another life, this time I want a family to love and be loved by... Odette is tasked with caring for prisoners from an enemy country. While nursing a dying man back to health, she is taken along with him by soldiers who come to rescue him, and she ends up living in the enemy nation of Krastera. The rescued man, Captain Theodore of Krastera's knights, treats Odette with respect as his savior and begins to feel something special for her. However, Odette, who has never been blessed with family or marriage, is simply doing her best to just live. This is a heartfelt, pure love story about two people with troubled pasts who find connection and hope in each other.
