Summary

Everything started from the disappearance of a single boy-- There is the 'Reverse World' wherein magic exists, and the 'Surface World' which has been developed through science. These two worlds exist together, side by side. In order to search for his friend Rei who suddenly disappeared, member of 'Dominant' Toki, who lives in the 'Reverse World' set off to search the 'Surface World.' While searching for the whereabouts of Rei, they gradually became involved in a large conspiracy that will shake existence of both worlds.
