Summary

It has been five years since Mihail left his hometown for the city. After wandering aimlessly and failing to find a place to settle, he ultimately returned to his childhood home—a remote mountain valley village, accessible only by foot, as even a carriage cannot reach the end of the road.Upon arriving in the village, Mihail visits Caleb's cottage, where his only childhood friend is. He greets Caleb warmly, but his friend immediately tells him to join him without further discussion. Mihail attempts to persuade Caleb to reconnect and embrace their hometown after all this time, but things do not go as smoothly as he had hoped.
