Summary

Hwiyeon sole goals was to transform into a dragon and ascend to heaven through long years of cultivation and virtue. However, "Wow, what a beautiful snake." With one word from Kang, the young successor of the family that has served Hwiyeon for hundreds of years, everything Hwiyeon has built up disappears like smoke. Instead of killing everyone, Hwiyeon kidnaps Kang from his family and attempts to ascend again. As they spend time together, the initial hatred fades… And as time passes, Hwiyeon begins to feel a strange sense of foreboding from the Kang whose now grown up.
